The television channel Tercermilenio conducted by Jaime Maussan, spoke a few years ago of an incredible case, or rather striking, never recorded in the international Ufology case and concerning an alien sabotage occurred at the power plant of the town of Niznhevartovsk in Russia.
The incident occurred on the evening of March 26, 2014, when electricity was interrupted for unknown reasons. The local TV news reports had declared that the city had been the victim of a real alien sabotage, which was later confirmed by the mysterious presence of 2 humanoid beings taken from surveillance cameras in different areas of the city.
