SpaceX will not send tourists to the moon this year as previously announced, and will delay the project until mid-next year, US media reported.
"A new timetable for the flight, now postponed until at least mid-2019 and probably longer, has not been released" by the California-based company, the report said in The Wall Street Journal. The reason for the delay is not clear. But it is a "signal that the technical and production challenges are upsetting founder Elon Musk's plans for human exploration of the solar system," the report said.
